The British boxer prepares to battle Jake Paul in an eight-bout contest which will be shown in real-time on the streaming platform.
British boxer Anthony Joshua declared he will "stamp all over" the American and "overpower" the American as the combatants came face-to-face to promote the upcoming heavyweight fight.
Former twice world boxing king Joshua battles social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, theoretically, a massive uneven pairing - at Miami's Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Boxer's Mentality
"I'm going to injure his face and break his body up. My goal is to show I'm superior," the British boxer, 35, declared.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I will genuinely try to cause him pain. That's my goal."
Civil Exchange
In spite of these statements, a calm Joshua and social media star Paul - normally recognized for his theatrics - shared friendly words and kept it respectful with each other.
Jake Paul rather attacked former Joshua rival the Cameroonian fighter and called him "not serious" after Ngannou declined a match opportunity.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua, at the same time, targeted UK rival Tyson Fury - and refused a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a victory for Paul.
"Jake Paul is superior to Fury - he's actually sitting here," the boxer said.
"I acknowledge that."
Legitimate Fighter
Despite declaring he will damage his opponent, Joshua refused to speak negatively about his rival's pugilistic talent.
"Jake Paul is a credible opponent," he remarked.
Paul's History
Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has mostly fought MMA fighters or declining opponents since entering professional boxing.
He lost to Briton Fury in 2023.
Commercial Success
However, the novice is still one of the sport's greatest money-making draws, consistently making massive earnings.
Forecast and Belief
The 28-year-old anticipated a knockout win in rounds four or five and asserted he would derail the long-awaited Fury-Joshua bout, which is allegedly being planned for 2026.
"The next fight will be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul said.
Physical Difference
As both boxers engaged in the traditional confrontation, with their height and weight contrast on show, it highlighted just how unlikely this entire matchup is - and how astonishing it is that the fight is actually proceeding.
